I actually don't mind the crazy creepy whisper ramblings.....

its when he modulates into INSTANT LOUD EUPHORIA from creepy whisper and you can see the players trying not to look back during it (sometimes they do look back with slight WTF looks on their faces though).

I think they both take away from its watchability. But yeah, the instant loud screaming has to be a distraction to the players

Crazy commentary is much better than yesterday. It is not easy talking non-stop for 8 hours, under the circumstances, I would say he's doing good.

That's the point, you don't have to talk the entire time. Watch ball golf. There's a lot of silence in the commentary.

And it's not like he's saying stats or anything relevant, just filling space. The commercials do a better job of that.

I mean I'm not all that upset about it. Just saying it needs some work.
