What Discraft have you actually thrown, and what did you not like about them?

Wait untill you get a little better, your mind will change, at the beginning of this summer i joined the fourms, i only threw innova, discraft was colplete garbage, now if you look at what i throw, its all discraft...brand means nothing, its all how the disc flys, but for me, discraft works, i bet you will change your mind and atleast have something discraft you like, get an ESP flash and try it, you will like it
Can't touch my Challenger or Magnet. The Challenger is the most bad ass approach disc I have ever thrown. I made a 90ft putt on Friday with that awesome Challenger.

midnight, you ever thrown a Z magnet? i wanna get one for my aproach shot because i love my soft magnet for shots within 100 foot, but hate to see it get gouged up? i know a guy who has one, but he said he wants a first run boss for it, and i dono where to get one.

What's a solid Discraft midrange to go with, that's about the equivalent of a Roc?

buzzz, but there wayyy better than rocs, you want it in Elite Z plastic
The Z Magnet has zero glide. It drops like a rock. If you are looking for a putter with zero glide that drops like a rock, it might be worth a 1st run Boss. If you want a disc that flies like a Magnet, hang on to that Boss.

Alrite, thanks, i might get a regular magnet? that wont beat up as easy, but do they still fly like the soft ones?
I actually have one, but I only keep it because I can tape lights underneath it and use it for night rounds. I will say I think it comes down to personal preference. I really don't love the way the Z Magnet flies. If you are looking for an approach disc, I would say try a Titanic. Its the Magnet in ESP Plastic. I would try that , and they are a lot easier to find, since they don't make Z Magnets anymore.

ive actuly tried the titanic before, i wasent a big fan of it, i dono why it just dident work,
and what about challangers? how do they differ from magnets? im lookn for another putter, perferbly something that wont get beat up on pole holes or on longer putts

he is just uninformed, after a month on this site he will relize discraft is better, try this
1.go into the market place
2. looks whats for trade/sale (all innova)
3. look what they want (all discraft)

I use my Challenger for shots 150-50ft and it works great. I have made a ton of shots from 150ft and in with this disc. I just made a 90ft putt on Friday. Its not perfect inside of 50ft, but outside of that, its a great approach disc. You can get them in Flex or Z plastic and it should hold up well.

you sound like the same type of douche that writes his name on the tee sign, the basket, and a rock on the fairway in sharpie when he "aces" a 130 hole at his city park.
I'm right there with ya. I just ordered another Soft Magnet. I am might use it as my main putter again.
unfortunately i've only realized this recently, but limiting yourself to only one brand is kinda like handicapping yourself. my drivers are innova, my mids and putter are discraft, and i mix it up with a lightning disc that i'm actually really good with. it's all about the flight of the disc and weather you can throw it well
Seems strange to me too. The buzzz got me into discraft and I still absolutely love it, as well as the Drone. The buzzz has a beautiful flight and the drone has a really ugly one but they both do exactly what you want.
I still have Innova drivers though. There's still lots of Discraft I haven't thrown but it's gonna be tough to top the Eagle and Tee-Bird/TL.
