So...all this insanity talk...my favorite, go to driver is a 167 proton insanity. Im putting it out about 320'. Was wondering if it could maybe be time to move up to something a tad faster? If so, im looking for suggestions. Was thinking maybe a wave? Would kinda like to throw more plasma plastic.

Thoughts, suggestions, comments?

Thanks in advance!!

Vanish is my go to driver. I highly recommend proton over neutron or plasma. Those two plastics have been more virus like than the proton. A proton wave has a similar HSS to Vanish but more LSF than the Vanish. I throw 155g and they are very straight for me. Not a headwind disc

I dont think the vanish is even offered in plasma, is it?

Not yet, which is why I also suggested the lighter plaz wave.

Speaking of the Virus...

you throwin a plaz volt

Not yet...have a bunch of volts already in my bag (couple fiz couple N) couldnt really justify another. I am rocking a plasma crave for most of my fairway shots though.

plaz volt and insanity game over homie all driving needs be covered maybe throw in a motion to impress the local rats

I got out to a new course this Sunday - kinda by accident - I had to travel like 30 miles to go pick up an item for our baby and I planned to stop by a course on the way home but when I got there I checked udisc and there was a course like 1 mile away so I headed there - it was only a 9 holer but it was rated 3.5 on here so I was willing to give it a chance. It was actually pretty decent for a neighborhood course - layout was fun just the signage was weak and teepads were natural but overall good time --- ANYWAY I mainly was working out my volts and inertias. Holy crap fell back in love with the inertia and my new Volt (black plasma 174) has proved it is awesome - many great shots - played well, had fun - I mixed up my bag for the fun of it and now have a worn neutron volt and a new plasma that slight US to slight OS and same N inertia and P inertia they covered almost all my drives and then I used the Relay and PARKED a sweet low ceiling anny - Putting Atom, Envy, and Sheild - really the only non gyro I used was the Zone on a sweet flex FH line and shield but I banged the putts

Go buddy go.... I'm a solid inertia fan.. Thanks for the accidental heads up on Udisc I hadn't heard of it got it installed... good stuff thanks bud.

How's the Neutron Inertia compare to a Plasma Tesla in the same weight? I'm stepping up to Neutron plastic and trying to gauge where I need to go bag wise for Flex / Flat shots. I like the feel of the 18.5 class. With my anhyzer release, I'm dumping the Plasma Tesla on a regular basis.

i really dont believe these discs are comparable

Got a Servo a week ago and out of the box it turned over easily, after a single round it was already turning over and not coming back at about 325' of power.. So i decided to buy a Clash and just tried it today, so far its what i wanted the servo to be, it has a little turn and holds release angle for a while then reliable fade at the end when thrown with good power on a low line, exactly what i needed to complement the resistor. The Clash was exactly as expected, -1 turn, 3 fade. Good Job Axiom.

Surprised MVP made a Servo that flippy out of the box, i expect better consistency than that. I would give it a -2 turn after only one round with it and some field testing. This is the first MVP disc I recall that didn't fly as advertised.

Sounds like you got a switch...
I've never seen any mvp discs fly much different from expected (except for the entire octane class that I never thought I'd be able to throw :p). Had a really stable crave, that's about it. Sounds like there are some lone aberrations out there slipping through QA, rather than low consistency as such.

im thinking of buying a neutron motion how do those compare to plaz amps

<3

Well, the Plaz Amp is pretty beefy, but I would expect the Motion to start into the fade at an earlier point in the flight.
;)
....
I know you was asking tongue in cheek, but there probably is about the same overlap in flight shape here as the Inertia and Tesla
