found it (heavy momentum)!!!!!!!!! today was very emotional. i was extremely frustrated as i was shanking all over the place. then i remembered to myself how before when i felt heavy momentum i did the knee extension near the peak of my backswing.
fast forward to today and things started to connected. i think before my rear leg was too limp and my head was going out past my rear leg putting my body in a bad position. i think correcting that really helped add another piece to the puzzle. my head still goes out past my rear leg i think, but this time my rear leg is alot more firm vs limp. half way through the course i felt the feeling and i tried doing it several times and am able to get it 90% of the time. its(heavy momentum) an effortless feeling but now a tiring movement as i can feel all my muscles engaging.
i notice how my rear leg kicks out behind myself yet the disc is not into the power pocket. i think i was starting my downswing too soon. like i was manually moving my upper body vs when i extend my plant leg that picks up and rear leg and then my body naturally uncoils.
the form is not perfect (it actually looks very sloppy, lol, i blame the boots and jeans) and there are several things to fix. but getting that heavy momentum feeling is great and the distance is bonkers
