I have a ton of discs I hate looking at, and have come to the conclusion the thought of selling them off individually isn't worth the headache. ROI vs stress no thanks.

How do I come up with a reasonable bulk price?

Good place to donate all of them (no PIA nearby or brick and mortars in general)?

Other avenues to explore?

I appreciate any and all recommendations.

What about finding the closest PIAS and planning a combined course bagging and disc sale road trip?

Donate to EDGE?

For a bulk price I'd probably call up a PIA and ask what they would give you sight unseen (probably $2/4/6 for dx/pro/prem) and add 20%.

Newbs at the course with one disc.

Local school that is trying to teach disc golf.

Local club that can use them as CTP or give to newer players.

My favorite, give to friends looking for a new disc. It's always fun to pick on them when they throw the disc well.

There are a few programs for overseas where they are trying to grow disc golf. I believe the PMB foundation amongst many others welcome donated discs.

sell mystery boxes in the mp and figure out how many discs you can jam into certain flat rate boxes and price low to move quickly

sell to pias

throw up on craigslist/local fb you have a lot of discs give short list of info and mark as pick up only

just start leaving them randomly on courses as people loooove finding discs

hide them in basement and wait 20 years for that sweet payoff

dog toys

based on years played i would assume you have some gems, i would show up to league night with a couple boxes and move them locally if there is a scene in your area.

If you are ever anywhere near Grand Rapids, MI Great Lakes disc is a neat store to visit plus the guy who owns is (Shea) will give you a decent amount for used discs. Not what you'd see selling them online of course but still tolerable.

Last season we had a couple of players come to my club and donate a tote of new discs. We randomly threw a CTP extravaganza one tournament. A CTP on every hole, some were closest per card, some by division, some by overall. Players loved it. We found lots of them swapping and excited to try some new discs.

Donate the stock throwers to a YMCA or Boy/Girl scout camp. Failing that I have donated to local schools in the past, some will run a disc golf unit in gym class. Bonus points if you get them to actually START a DG unit with your donation

I don't know about how to sell them in bulk, but I have done similar things with Magic cards and Baseball cards over the years. Just find a reputable online seller on facebook and tell them what you have. They will be looking to flip your collection so expect half what you would make individually, but time is money and you will save yourself a ton.

When we play league on of the guys "uncle Keith" usually has a crazy sweet dye or whatever that he donates and it sits in reverend Jim Willy's trunk, with a lava lamp if you bang two aces on different 9's in a round. Haha.

There's a secret "ace hole" that they draw and I think only rev. and Keith know which one. If you Ace the right one that week, you get the disc.

I've done that before with aces on my course, I will drop two or three out at the start and announce it. Or sometimes I pull out a box of discs and any rando aces get a bonus and I picked a ctp on each 9. Handed out some tin can lids marked "ctp mark, please don't remove" .

Oh man push the VIP lounge... I would trade or pay shipping for a bunch of your comet stash if there was extras haha. I'd love to raid it.

You're a good dude, I think you might get some satisfaction out of being the guy that puts up a ctp bonus disc if you're still playing league or dubs. I like to see people throwing (or better loving) my old plastic.

Ironically I picked up an electron soft envy in purple rim on yellow plate, I gave the last one away to a buddy after. I stayed at his house to play (and win) a tourney, it was my best one. His wife throws it now +4 more. Almost gave it away with 5 throws on it to my buddy this morning
