The Inevitable 2023 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

I'm sure they'll do big things in the coming days and years, but I wasn't real impressed with the promo video. And the stamp on his tour series Hex :\

Coming out from under a rock: Wait, Simon left Discmania and is signing with MVP? Did I miss something?!?!

Good for you Simon! Figure out the rounded underneath putter cores and 13 speeds!

IMHO he will want a redesign putter, and a 12 speed driver, but can happily work with the rest of the lineup.

Different to hear him compare his new disc to the Discmania lineup. .normaly players dont really talk about their "old" discs

I agree, but I think Simon's case is unique. He has a massive social media following, and you know MVP is counting on the casual Simon fans checking out some gyro and eventually some of the DM fanboys will cave in.

Normally the new sponsor doesn't want another company's products mentioned, but in this case I think it works. If you throw x then try y with mvp.

Kinda weird he had so many putters and mids but then said the distance drivers were the toughest to learn. I know New England winters aren't great, so maybe staying away from distance drivers due to sloppy conditions.

He had a fairly minimal bag with DM, it'll be interesting to see if he goes the same route with mvp or not.

One "bad" thing about Simon is that he did not really threw that many "new" discs. . he stuck with most Originals.

But i do thing he will have many videos throwing most of the MVP/Axiom/Streamline lineup. . but as the years goes by his back will go more simple and have many "simon moulds" in it

Longest female throwers include Pierce, J. Allen, C. Allen, Ryan and Hansen all of whom are decidedly not long and lanky. Blomroos and Handley would fit the mold I suppose.

Hailey King??? She is 5'-9" and throws pretty far.

With Prodigy announcing their "Core" team for 23 includes Buhr and I. Robinson, are there any players left to be settled?
