The creator/designer of Winter Park DGC in Kewaunee, WI. I was just at Flip City and he still hadn't shown up yet... Apparently he's fashionably late.

So I went to Keller Park yesterday, a few (temporary?) changes have been made.

Construction on poo factory has removed the basket for #3 and #9 (same basket of course). Instead, there are now 2 baskets located right next to the park by #2's teepad.

Huh? There are now 9 baskets there, instead of 8? And the two are just hanging out in the field by the park, for practice perhaps? A strange course is even stranger now....

Oh, and that poo factory was in full bloom. OOOOOOwwwwwEEEEEE that smells.

Yeah, they started the construction early this spring. The two by the playground actually have tees marked off in the grass. They're shorty deuce holes. Since 3 and 9 (shared basket) got pulled for construction, they put up the two "temp" holes to make up for it. I think it's funny they bought new baskets for that.

Hmmm... Grass tees, eh? Makes sense. I didn't look that hard since there were kids at the park. I doubt I'll be back up there for a while, that smell is serious business. Fink all the way.

I thought the same thing about the baskets; two brand spanking new ones? I was thoroughly puzzled.

Terry Miller VIA Southeastern Wisconsin Disc Golf page on facebook; "Sadly enough, Valley View Disc Golf Course has been pulled out of the ground due to the theft of hole 15. We know it sucks to punish the innocent but the city is determined to see that basket returned. They are willing to put the course back in for the disc golfers but someone needs to do the right thing and make sure that basket gets returned back to the course asap. Just return it in the middle of the night some night, just like when it was taken. Thanks!"

I brought my swimming trunks for the jump putt splash on hole 9. Who knew water parks and disc golf could be so fun!!

I was playing at black bear when you posted that. Probably not worth the trip either way.

It's all good, I ended up going to Eagle Ridge. Played two rounds from the shorts and shot a 54 then a 48. That course really does come down to putting.

I played Black Bear when they first put it in the ground. It wasn't bad. Not worth the drive out there for me though.
