go with a drone if you really want an overstable mid. it never ceases to amaze me how consistent that disc is.

which do you throw? you think i will be able to get more distance from it than the zone? the only reason i havent got a drone was just b/c i thought it would be to close to the esp zone i throw

I might spare some of my 11x Eagles and I have some Vectors aka overstable mid
I'd be after cash, ESP Crushes, ESP and Z Forces all in the 167-170 range

good question. never thrown a zone before. but i could imagine you'd get a bit more distance from a drone. but yeah, i would imagine them being fairly similar. with the added distance potential of the drone you may be able to do more with it, short and longer range. great, now i have to try out a zone. :p

I found the drone and zone to be almost equal in distance. If you have a big arm then the drone probably has better overall D potential but for most throwers they are probably about equal.

Right after I got the zones I went out on a super-windy day with both zones and drones and threw them in all kinds of wind. The zones performed just as well. I also prefer the low profile grip on the zone. The drone would griplock sometimes, while the zone comes out clean pretty much everytime.

^^^yeah i love the zone..and actually i havent really worked with it much for mid type distance...sounds like i might already have what i need in the bag

@ ManU..you have any pearly Eagle-L's? dont have your wants but im sure we could figure something out :)

gotcha, thanks for checking :) .. you got any Eagle-X's left? im doing pretty good on the L's..could maybe use one more tho

Star is a mix of Champion and Pro, so Champy Star would be a heavier mix of Champion.
