They're about 5-6 feet long on a few holes. I hate having to step up onto the box and having the fear of twisting an ankle at the front end. I throw a good amount of side-arm drives and they're fine for that.

Just got back. WOW, what a course! My props go to Mr. Olse. Played the Am tees and shot an even par. -1 on the front nine and +1 on the back. Pretty much just played solid par golf with 2 birdies and 2 bogeys.
I can definitly see how the pro boxes could add some strokes, I'll try that...
