I'm considering trying the tournament here in nc and wonder which course is easier for a newb with a noodle arm. North Ashboro Park or Horizons Park? i live in hickory nc so both are about the same distance.
i tried this by bagging some os discs that are too fast for me i bought before i knew better or got in a mystery box...quickly put the nuke up but some of the others were interesting. I also saw a group doing 3 disc round driver mid putter and you have to rotate so even if your 2nd shot goes in...
Oh man pulled a bone headed move today. A hole at my local course has plagued me since i started. I hit a great line (ok it was an accident) and set myself up for a nice par. Then i bonked it by not taking my time rolled down the hill and had to lay up for a double bogey. Oh well just gives...
ok i'm asking for advice ...i'm getting more confused lol...I"ve been playing since last july and play left handed due to a bad shoulder. Couple of other problems from working in a factory for 20+ years makes me have a super low arm speed. Would my understable discs not turn and fly about the...
yea we need more clubs to cater to people who for reasons just won't be able to play great but love the game ...although i would love to see a thread for work arounds
i get ya ...never thought the guy was a A-hole who knows maybe just a bad day. And i'm still figuring out my us discs lol. Naw not taking care of myself and factory work for 21 years has left me trying to play left handed with Carpel Tunnel and a bad hip. And i do try to take advice but i...
good advice i think i'm at the 6 month stage of playing (past the honeymoon of playing) and i don't hear the chains like i used to. I think it might be job/life/winter slump related also. And i have to take a break buying discs for a month or two till i repay christmas/black friday...
as a newb i'm always open to advice but also i know there are people who know it all and don't think there are different ways to play for different people. Those people you listen to nod let them play ahead of you a few holes then play your own game.
You try the factory 2nd moonshine wardens? the stamp is awesome not sure why factory 2. Little soft but feel pretty good. Not a lot of time to pratice with them due to rain rain rain rain rain.
yea i know was frustrating i went to like 3 or 4 terminology sites and searched for it on forums (either nothing or so many posts i couldn't visit all of them)
