I've carried the N Atoms for several years - they are the straightest flying disc I've ever thrown. Just pin point accuracy with no turn or fade. If I mess up a putt, it's cause I threw it too short. I don't know about the Pilot - that's one I've never tried because I do feel like gyro adds...

I putted 1.0s for a while after they came out. I found they popped out too much. I switched over to the N atom - now OOP - and never looked back. I am curious how these new fission putters are flying for driving off the tee. I mostly drove N Atom / Entropy.

I got some 163 Fission Waves out today for a round. Very nice. Was playing a shorter tighter course so only threw a few times but they have some nice pop-up. I'll see how they handle a big course later this week.

Proton Waves are beefier than the numbers. Maybe -1 turn +2 fade.

I like to throw Proton Waves flat and let them S out. I'm throwing 165s out to around 380-400'. I was carrying Neutron but they tended to turn over on me around 340-350' as my spin rate isn't the best. I'm hoping the Fissions will be flippers / anhyzer discs. I could really use something...

Picked up a few Fission Waves to try out for a Flippy disc to pair with my Proton Waves. Considering trying the Zenith for a wind driver. Anyone tried the Neutron Zenith vs. Proton Wave.

I 100% agree with you that environmental factors are the primary reason discs fly inconsistently from one another. With gyro - you have two moldings = twice as many opportunities for environmental factors to play a part. This is why when I buy discs, I tend to buy three or four from the same...
