Might be with this mold the difference in weight is a bigger issue. 22g would be a pretty big difference and the flight plate seems very thin on these. So could be warpage like you say and maybe...

I for one would be more likely to buy discs from a company if they labeled every disc with a run number on them.

Yes, PDGA rules say that a disc's max weight is 8.3g per cm of diameter. So diameter is the determining factor.

Well lefty round went better than expected. Shot a +8 in 9 holes, about 11 strokes more than with my right. I was averaging 185ft with my best stingray. I was trying it over by the end of the round. Crushed one for 220 and almost got a birdie!
