    Hip/Upper Leg pain?

You can make one with stuff laying around as well. 3" pvc pipe with some hard cell foam wrapped around it. I used an old camping sleeping pad. A crossfit gym I used to go to used homemade rollers like this. Edit to add: The first few times you roll it might be pretty uncomfortable. Stick with...

    Right Pec drill question

Georgia rain kept me inside. I did do the hammer pound drills and could feel the weight of the disc pretty nicely. Hopefully the rain will let up today and I can get some field work in.

    Hip/Upper Leg pain?

If you see a doctor, they'll refer you to an orthopod. The ortho will tell you to R I C E Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevate. May or may not prescribe Nsaids and/or order x-rays / physical therapy. With no improvement they'll order an MRI. Pending MRI results they'll Decide on treatment. If...

[Innova] Innova Atlas (Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't after you)

I got mine a week or so ago. Its REALLY soft and gummy. I like the feel of the plastic though. Its a cool disc and I LOVE all the color options.

    UnCalled For Foot Fault

Unless I was playing a league match / tourney / for money I could care less about a little foot fault. My girlfriend would kick me in the nads If I called her on a footfault, which she happens to do every throw

    Right Pec drill question

I actually did a search for Brad Walker's videos and got a good idea of what I'm doing wrong. Between those videos and how you have explained the hammer pound, I've realized i'm not feeling the weight of the disc like I should. I'm going to hit the field this afternoon after some hammer pounds...

    Right Pec drill question

I've seen the hammer pound, and read the instructions, but I was still a little fuzzy. I'll have to go back and re-read the hammer pound post and watch the videos again. When I'm pounding the hammer, this seems opposite of how I'm throwing a disc, is this correct?

    Right Pec drill question

I've watched the MrBeato Right Pec drill more times than I care to mention. I feel like I'm not getting any power doing the right pec drill. What is an ideal distance I should be throwing these discs before I start adding steps, and a reachback? I'm throwing all midrange discs. Another question...

HOD 8/13/13 Oschwald Park #6 St. Nazianz, WI

Is this a Par4?!?! Tee bird right down the pipe, or try to crush a boss depending on how my drives were that day.

    Distance Question - Putters/Mids/Drivers

I am currently having the same issue as the OP. I haven't been to a football field, but I imagine I am throwing around the same distance. Everything going about the same distance. I haven't seen this movie yet. Turns out I had the disc oriented wrong in my hand! Going to try the new grip this...

Review by Nold in course Bobcat 9

2.50 star(s) Quiet course nice mix of wooded / open shots Short and long Tee placements The only BIG con is the lack of proper Tee box marking. Short tees are marked well, but unless you have the map, the long tee placements are hard to find. Pretty short course. Like I said in the cons, The long tee...

    Newnan Ga Course?

Hello! I have been playing disc golf for a few months now and live in the Newnan Ga area. Locally we have The bobcat course ( 9 holes ) Peachtree city course ( 9 holes ) and McCurry park in fayetteville as the only nearby options. While the PTC course and Bobcat courses are close and fun...
