Hey there. Im live in southeast Mo but I like to play up around Stl. Im wanting to plan a trip with a friend of mine. A mini 3 day disc golf road trip. No sure how to start planning. I think Emporia, Kansas would be a good choice. As a plus get to go to Dynamic Discs lol.
Possible dumb question but as all the questions that find their way into my head, I have to ask. I noticed some people will have the same molds, in the same plastics, in different weights. Other than wind, what would be the reason(s) for having for example: 2 Lucid Truth. 170 & 179?
Yeah just putting. I really like this Opto Pure for controlled, low clearance/tunnel approaches. Drives really nice too.
I guess Im just trying to find that "perfect for me" mold.
I ordered a Soft Warden so we will see how it goes.
Well thats the thing. The pure and the judge feel great in my hand. Im assuming the warden will feel pretty good if its a judge with no bead. I was curious about the soft plastic, more so the zero medium. Just hard for me to imagine a 'medium texture' I guess
My three putters: (new) Judge classic hard. (new) Pure opto. (found in woods/seems to be new) sss Warlock. Haven't even had them a month yet so not only are they fresh, I am still trying to figure out what I like.... I love the soft feel of the warlock but dont really care for the disc its self...
Just ordered a River in test material last night. I wanted to check it out cheap before spending the money on higher grade plastic. I read a brief description that said something about the test plastic needed to be beat up a little bit before the river shows its true glide and touch. Can anyone...
Just ordered a River about an hour ago. I have a Meteor in my bag currently. Not looking to replace it really just looking to try something new. I'm not sure what I like and what works for me yet. I have a XL pushed to the side, got it barely used but haven't really thrown it but maybe 15 times...
I think it does not work that way for me is because I am not thinking of any my shots until I am in position. Personally, I feel mentally drained if I am out there constantly thinking about what I am going to do while I'm walking from point A and point B, ya know.
