Review by Tater in course BCCC DGC

3.50 star(s) Little bit of everything Has a little bit of everything. Fun course with short, long, wooded, and open. Very good use of the land around a college campus. Always a little soggy in the first couple of holes, but it gets better after that. Could use a couple more bridges throughout the...

    Voodoo spinal tap feldberg edition

The newest version of voodoos backpack offering is exactly what we were waiting for. Im gonna go ahead and preface this with the fact that I am 6'2, and broad shouldered... the last version felt a little short and stout, but this edition feels perfect (tall, and wide enough to hold what you...

Voodoo Spinal Tap Backpack is Here

mine hit the mail today... back to the karma for a while I suppose. it is a great back, but as with any bag that style, I can feel it in my back after a long day

Voodoo Spinal Tap Backpack is Here

well this is certainly a bummer to hear. I noticed the other day mine was starting to tear on both straps at the connection point. has anyone gotten theirs back yet? I'm curious what their reinforcement idea might be.

Voodoo Spinal Tap Backpack is Here

I will say- I was a bit worried about the rain fly, but I really like the elastic. it makes it worlds easier to get discs than compared to my grip, and the water just brushed right off. as soon as I water proof this sucker ill be ready for more hurricane golf!

    [Innova] The Tern!

I came in here to post that I finally got some wide open field action with them yesterday, and they flew very much like my star/pre-number-pro wraiths. They actually do go a little further, and if you have some hyzer on them, mine didn't flip over. Mine is still really new though (probably...

    closest thing to a sidewinder

when going through this thread, I saw some of the suggestions, and partially agreed and then saw some others and decided I want to try some new stuff. I love a fresh star sidewinder as well as a beat one. Today I tried an Amp, and it flew like a sidewinder does right in that transition period...

Voodoo Spinal Tap Backpack is Here

haha I stayed up late to order this thing. I was really hoping they would have gotten it fixed by now, dangit. Oh well, a little more waiting won't hurt me. I'm sure the release date will be the same day regardless

Voodoo Spinal Tap Backpack is Here

when I was using a grip, the putter pocket came out when I pulled out my last putter as well, so this is really a nonissue. and I'm really surprised that such a small thing would deter anyone- just cut it out with your pocket knife if it annoys you that much. I like the feldberg video a lot...

    Creative ctp prize ideas

that's crap that you would catch **** for that. I often give up discs I have that I never intend on throwing as CTP's, because people can either use them, trade them, or donate them at another time for ctp's.

    Rock Hill or Charlotte

as for "busy-ness" - I've never had to wait at any of the charlotte courses... I guess that is one of the many benefits of having so many, the crowds get spread out

    Rock Hill or Charlotte

charlotte for sure... not sure what kind of time you've got, but the must plays are hornets nest and renny. But there are so many other great courses out there too. I love the Elon complex (Angry and Eager beaver, a long technical, and short ace run set of courses in the same park) and...

    [Discraft] MRX vs Wasp comparison

I miss my MRV's, but they went the same direction as my old champ cobras (except I still have 2 of the cobras- I imagine all my MRV's are sitting in used bins or at the bottom of lakes somewhere). The Mirvgriffen was one of my favorite midranges, but I really did have no problem transitioning...

Sick of "big bird this, big bird that!"

I already had the Mcbeth roc3 from USDGC, and I picked up the other three flavors last night on ebay. the protostar and big bird I was able to pick up for 32 a piece shipped, but the japan open cost me 45. I'm fine paying that, because I really wanted the set, and now I have it (well I "own"...
