Don't use PVC inside the pipe, pvc weathers poorly, if the mower hits it they tend to break off inside the sleeve and become a problem. Bicycle flags are great though, bright orange, cheap and bend when bumped. Can also use them as pole holes for practicing.

Lewis, I lived in Atlanta 04-06ish. Yea Perkerson and the nine hole public golf course that was set up for a mini one week werent on the list. Perkerson is a GREAT course. My favorite there for the longest time was ERP black tee's then Redan.
17, par on hole 18 left me with no option but to call an ace on hole 19/practice basket at Ottawa park in Toledo Ohio for the perfect round of -19 for 19 holes.... Thanks to Derek Drew, Rob Camp, and the dude in the white car, cant remember your name for the inspirational bowls along the way...
