    90 degrees shoulders-upper arm

I hear people say to keep your hand on the outside of the disc. Ezra seems to keep his wrist pretty straight and looks to be more forward toward the target than ‘outside’ of the disc. Does doing one over the other result in different things? Seems to me like the outside of the disc method...

2016 Am Worlds - Madison, Wi

Quick question some of you might be able to answer quickly. I know the top 72 players in ma1 make it to semis, but what if there is a 9 way tie for 66th? Would the whole group make it for a 74 player semis or is there a tiebreaker rule to keep it at 72? Didn't see anything real quick on that...

    [Latitude] Latitude 64º Frost Line?

I know the XXX is already crazy stable, but the frost line I have is even more stable and very flat, even more than the 4 Optos I own. And if you're a fan of throwing thumbers, it goes crazy far. The normal Opto XXX flies great for me around '325 or so, but I can consistently get an extra 25-50...

    Thumber/Tomahawk Advice

I really like the feel of the XXX for thumbers. The rim feels a little more comfortable than a Firebird IMO. Even though it is a slower disc I can throw them a little further than the FB's. I use a Schwebby grip as well. I would say my max D with them is somewhere around 350+ feet. Opto plastic...

    Haix Shoes

I'm curious if anyone has ever used this brand? I seen an add on FB where they boast they would be great for disc golf.

    Putter driving grips

I stack ring and middle finger on pinky and place index finger on rim. I use this grip off the tee for mids and putters. Sometimes I'll fan out the index and middle finger on the flight plate - usually with my soft judge on approaches.

    Form analysis

I really appreciate the tips and the videos. A lot of good info there for me to digest and work on to improve my form. I developed my x-step early when I started 4 years ago and have stuck with it since. It will take some work but I will try to transition my x-step. It makes sense how I can...

Took a video of me throwing a drive. If I could get an analysis of my form I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks Link: http://youtu.be/-Zdu59el2dE -Zdu59el2dE

    Putting league suggestions

My club is considering putting together a putting league. I thought maybe some of you might have some experience with putting leagues so I was wondering if anyone here has any suggestions on a format for the league. Thanks for any suggestions.

Video of a few drives, critique please

Try to make sure you tilt your wrist downward and keep your thumb forward. I would also try to get more of your weight forward at your release. That should help a lot with the nose angle also. It seems like you have a lot of weight shift happening, but not until after your release, so once you...

Approaching 400, still have lots of issues. Please review

On the last throw of the video it looked to me like your weight wasn't forward enough, which is robbing you of more power and makes for getting the nose down harder as well. You may try to shorten the last step to help assist you in getting your weight more forward. I'm sure others will have...

    Ace Runs

I definitely agree with you. Since aces account for less than 1% of drives, they aren't as practical to achieve as putting the disc within a 10 meter radius. I consider an ace as just a very nice bonus shot and something to brag to friends about, but they don't happen frequently enough to be...
