In a nutshell...were I 20 years younger, around physical peak, with same form now that will let me consistently throw about 400' on golf lines, would I be around 500'? If not, what do you think it might be?

We've got a local pro now 40 or 41 y/o who been consistently 1000-1015 rated over the last 20 years. He says that he's probably lost 50-75' over the years. And I think he's able to throw 425'-ish these days. So a 10-15% loss for him roughly.

And then you have my data point . . . 20 years ago I could only throw a disc 150-200' and today I can throw it 350' so the math says 15% loss for him, 100% gain for me, average the difference you should be throwing 42.5% farther at age 46. LOL

This is the kind of math I'm looking for right here
