Check out Inkscape, Even though I have Illustrator CS6 I still use inkscape to finalize all my vectors. It is very easy to use and I find I has a better Bit Mapping tool that Adobe.

I agree. That's the only thing I use Inkscape for.

I just wanted to say I used this man's skills for a couple stencils and he did an amazing job! Well worth the price in my opinion, and once I dye my discs I'll be sure to post the end results here.
