I am not sure what it is but for some reason I just don't seem to be able to follow thru and keep control. I always seem to stop at the end because of that.. I have watched a ton of videos and see how everyone spins with the follow thru but some reason I don't. Not sure if it's a mental block or what? Any suggestion would help thanks!!!!

One piece of advice that helped me a lot was to focus on pointing your off hand in the direction of the throw at the end of your follow through.

Also, if you haven't seen it yet, this video:

give an excellent drill for learning to accelerate at the correct time. If you do that you won't have any other option but to follow through.

Months ago I was maxed out @ 250-275 and I played JP Moseley outside of Atlanta with an 800' hole (longest I've played). I was throwing two drives, and with my second I went for a full follow through with a spin (I had just watched a Climo video on youtube) I couldn't beleive I went more than 350'. I've been working on the technique, mainly control. Now I can birdie holes that I never imagined.

That's a nice video, it really breaks down the elements of a good drive. The problem is some people aren't able to identify what they're doing wrong, especially if they've been doing it for a while. So it might not be a bad idea to have a friend watch this and compare you're drive to what's shown to help identify problems.

I felt like I was having a hard time following through until I really got my body movement down. Do your run up with an x-step, reach back hard the step before you pivot and let the power transfer through your body from you knee to hip to shoulder to arm.

This video and some others will be your best friend, just keep practicing it over and over, it will hit eventually.

I was throwing in a field today and comparing my throws. When I reach all the way back, rotate my upper body back and let it go, my throw sucks without the follow through. I can't get the high speed turn and my drive is 50 ft shorter
