I hope you guys can help me using these few photos I have. And apparently you can only post 3 pics at a time so I might post a few times. If they don't help I'll post a video in the spring. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Even more photos, and I know my release angle is terrible.

Can't see much of the arm from that angle and the followthrough is cut off, but it doesn't look good and basically have the same issues most do here. You balance is behind your rear heel as your toes lift off the ground and you extend the rear knee. Stay off the rear heel! And keep flexion in the rear knee. You also don't pivot on the front heel, so your weight transfer isn't effective. Looks like you are leaning back instead of turning back. The disc comes out nose up probably from your balance/swing coming a bit over the top.

Thanks, I know they aren't the best pictures. Ill post a video in the spring.

In your last pic the disc is coming out at a crazy angle try pulling from your ear or shoulder not your belly. That will help keep it low and flat and add distance...

I don't... think you want to have your arm up that high, plus it will tend to anhyzer your releases and flip discs. I'm working to correct this very way of throwing right now.

The main thing is that your arm rotate along the same plane as your shoulders, which I think is not happening, here.

I'll just print them, paste them to card stock, and make a flip book.

Starting your pull high makes it tougher to get the nose down, and it also causes a lot of people to "scoop" and end up throwing really high. Most of the best players throw from around their belly button from what I've seen.
