Getting back in the game bag... trying to start simple

So, I took about 4 years off, and am getting ready to give it a go again. I thought I could just pick up my old bag and run, but I want to use this as an opportunity to work on my form. So I am thinking a simple bag of mainly neutral discs, but neutral discs that will be able to work into my bag in the future.

I plan to stick to as much gateway (as well as who they mold for, so RDG, AGL, BZ etc. I have always been partial to Milliennium drivers.

So about me:

Age-34

Handicaps- permanently bent right ring
finger (135° or so)

Other sports- cycling... like all of it at least discs take up less space then 7 bikes

Primary throw:RHBH

Former distance: I was a 300-325' guy when playing before

For the bag, I am thinking the following:

Putting putter- Pure White voodoo

Approach disc- Sure grip Chief

Mid- Sure grip element

Fairway- SJLS, mid to upper 160s.

I won't add a distance disc yet, not until I am getting the most out of my JLS. I tend to not like to approach with the same putter I putt with, hence two putters. And I want to improve my forehand, the chief is low profile and comfortable to hold on that grip for me.

So, thoughts?
