I am starting a new thread for this topic because the site won't allow me to add to the old thread because it is over 280 days old.
I have been playing for about 9 months now. For the last few months I have been getting worsening heel pain that starts after a couple of nine hole rounds. It's really painful to walk. :wall: After reading the a closed thread here I found the closest Powerstep retailer at a chiropractor's office close to home. So he gave me a free exam and diagnosed the problem as fallen arches. So I have the Powerstep ProTech insoles with arch supports. If those don't work I am told that custom orthotics is the next step. So we will see how it all works out. I also had a friend tell me about Anatabloc (new supplement) for inflammation. I am going to keep going with both of these and hopefully will see results.
