What disc would you suggest using for forehand

To learn it? A Frisbee, such as an Ultrastar. It'll really help you get proper form down for a flick. From there, some sort of shallow, neutral putter or mid, like a Judge or Buzzz. From there, you should be able to forehand pretty much anything.
