First of all I wouldn't use two Discraft discs for a two disc round. I would use two Vibram discs... a VP and Ibex.

Second of all, I also wouldn't use Vibram, it'd be Legacy

Third of all, I also wouldn't use Legacy, it'd be Millennium

Fourth of all, I also wouldn't use Millennium, it'd be a couple Wizards

To be difficult it totally depends on the course. Buzzz for sure (putt very well for a mid), second disc is relevant to overall length and how open the course is.
