Getting ready to start the 18th Sarasota Ice Bowl. It was a little cool starting out, around 65 or so, but it quickly warmed up to around 80 degrees. We raised about $2600.00 for the local food bank.

My local SnowBowl, complete with snow for a change. Hardpack/icy ground and clean pads the day before, then 5" of overnight fluff.
Valley View is nothing special, but it's a 2 minute walk from the organizer's house and makes a handy venue.

Sure looks nice, especially when fresh, and I truly don't mind playing in the powder (especially when victorious ). That said, I'll take summer discin' any day.

They are not mandy's but everyone just splits them anyway. Either straight, hyzer, or anhyzer, depending on where the basket is. 4 positions.

Hole 4, Camden II

Hole 4 at Camden II in the fall. A 675' par 5 double dogleg that plays through woods, hills, and over and along a creek. These were taken during the Camden Triples tourney last year.

This was taken from the short pad. The long tee is further back up the hill, and not quite as photogenic but much more awe-inspiring. Apologies for the low res image.

Nice pix saaber, I grew up in IC and cut my discin' teeth at Sugarbottom and Turkey Creek before they got upgraded. Meemmmorieeeeeees.
