Josh beat Nate in a playoff.

I ate at a Discraft dinner earlier this year with the lovely Liz Lopez beside me and Liz Carr and Eric Mccabe across from me. I was already drooling but if I would have known that McCabe was going to be the Champ i would have been gushing like a schoolgirl. He was quiet and well mannered. Congrats to the new champ.

Josh beat Nate on the second hole of the playoff. On the first hole, which was Blue 1, Nate's drive skipped and hit the basket square only two inches low for a potential skip ace.

Des has now finished first or second in the last nine Worlds.

This was the third playoff for Josh in the last four Worlds. He and Feldberg lost to Randolph in the first hole of the playoff (Granite 1) for 4th at Highbridge in PW2007.
