Question for you dye veterans

I'm trying to finish up this dye, but I'm not sure if i have to re-mask it or not. The blue is done and all that's left is to fill it in with the orange. Does anyone know if i can dye orange over the blue, or will it turn a nasty color?

im not a dye veteran by any means, but im pretty sure the orange will dye the blue a different color. prob. a good idea to mask it off before dying

honestly it all depends on how dark the orange is and how dark your blue is. if the blue is darker then the orange you should be good.

I agree....mask everything but what you want orange. If the colors mix you will no longer have blue you see now...

Hey guys thanks for the quick responses. I went ahead and masked all the blue again to be safe and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Good call to remask. Great looking dye. I'm not really a Syracuse fan, but anything that pushes Kentucky further away from number 1 is A-OK in my book.
