I've been throwing a Champion Boss lately forearm. If you get it up to speed its a great disk, otherwise your gonna go way off course.

id say the flick, maybe even a predator. but i havent tried either yeat they are just pretty over stable so thats what you want for forearm usually. i like my surge tho.
