Tee types

I actually get far less slippage (zero) on carpet than concrete (occaisonal when dirty).
 
I absolutely love concrete. I will say a natural tee is not bad, but then you run into the problem of having an uneven tee box or rain the natural tee is terrible. I guess when it comes down to it, I really could care less as long as the tee box is in good condition.

For players that disc golf in the winter, what type of tees work for the best grip?
 
my favorite is artificial ball golf putting green surface aka Grangegrass as seen at the Grange, Hawk Hollow, Maple Hill, and several other courses out west.
 
concrete makes my old joints hurt too much.
+1. We started filling our carpeted frames with mulch instead of finely filtered gravel just cuz it was cheaper, and stumbled onto the ultimate cushion for a T-pad !
