Tourneys: Why do people TD and Volunteer?

If it's done right, there is no negativity.

I run them for the players. Because I love to see people get together and compete for the win. And I've been selling out for a few years now so I must be doing something right.

Oh come ON! You can pretty much do everything right and still get a lot of negativity.

A lot? More like one Nancy Negative per event. Quick to point out problems but short on solutions. More times than not, the issue raised doesn't even affect the person that brought it up.
