I recently changed a lot of the plastic in my bag.

On super-windy days, I'll throw in a Star Max and an Elite-Z Xtreme. Very soon I intend on changing out that Star Max with a CFR Champion Max. I also have an Elite-Z Comet that I'm messing around with but, although I like the disc, I think it's performance overlaps some with my Leopard. My Leopard responds well when I power it down some, so the Comet is probably unnecessary.
With the exception of my Wizards, I've changed everything to Champion/Elite-Z. Although Star/ESP has a touch more glide, I don't like how this type of plastic seasons. All premium plastics lose their HSS, but at least Champion/Elite-Z discs lose it gracefully. I have thrown some of my Champion discs for several years now that still fly close to new, whereas my Star/ESP discs lose all HSS within a year. I guess if you're goal is to create an anhyzer disc, maybe ESP/Star will get you to that sweet spot quicker. Otherwise, the slight difference in glide hardly seems worth it. Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.
