[Westside] Tell me about your Stag...

Could you elaborate a bit why it wasn't a hit for you? I've never thrown a Stag and would like to hear a critical point of view too, although basing it on more than a single throw would be preferable...

My bag wants to recruit a distance driver

PD's are indeed great drivers. I've been steering away from PPD's in fear of them getting beat up too quickly, but maybe I should try them out. Or introduce a premium plastic PD to a concrete wall and watch as the beautiful friendship unfolds. This might be a good idea also. Discs of that...

My bag wants to recruit a distance driver

Hi! After a long search I've mostly settled on my bag. Still looking for a distance driver, though. I'm not a very powerful thrower and haven't been using many discs above speed 9. Also, comments and other suggestions are very welcome :) RHFH, reliable golf distance around 330'-350'...

[Recommend] "I'm not a Comet, not yet a Buzzz"

I know :D My purpose was to narrow down a bit, but instead I've got a host of new ideas now. I guess it comes down to visiting the discs at a dealer and getting a bit touchy-feely. And good-heartedly adopting tw..thr.. a few. *silently to my wallet* Sorry, old sport. There will be blood...

[Recommend] "I'm not a Comet, not yet a Buzzz"

@DiscinFiend: I'm no big gun, around 350ft golf distance. Are the Atlas and Mako3 hungry for power? How do they power down?

tbird888: How does the Ibex season? X-link has a reputation as being extremely durable.

(I did a search, native and Google, and didn't find a thread quite like this. Plenty of "X vs Y vs Z" threads, but no "between Comet and Buzzz". Please, correct me if I'm wrong.) Comet is innocent and pure, somewhat touchy but very rewarding, neutral, glidey. Holds lines amazingly and feels...

Ask MILLENNIUM Golf Discs (1.8 QJLS are mislabeled QPLS)

There's an abundance of information on the Q-sents, but not much on the base line ones. How are they? And how do they beat in?

    Discraft Titanium (now with pics)

IMHO Ryan C nailed it. There seem to be two completely different meanings for the word "stable". Stable=straight is a very accurate and useful definition, and that's why I prefer it. The other way is calling a disc more or less stable than another disc. It seems to me the latter form is far...

    Z Hornet thoughts

I have no idea. If we have, your secret second life as JR-man didn't come up during conversation. I've attended to the weeklies at Tali only a few times, and my success has varied from moderate to catastrophic, so you wouldn't have seen me in the headlines either. ... We are derailing the thread...

    Z Hornet thoughts

Agreed. I bought one to test whether it could replace my sanny Q-Sentinel. It could. It's been very reliable in all sorts if weather this spring and as a forehand player I like the grip very much. Hopefully the fade becomes even more delayed when this creature beats up.

    Is this my bag?

Hiya hiya! I thought I'd finally advance from lurking to actually posting. Finland is still quite covered in snow, but one can dream of spring... and new discs. Until now I've been throwing a pretty mixed selection, but this year I'm determined to build a balanced bag. Any suggestions and...
