I guess it sounds that way. I don't have a YouTube account and don't plan to have one. That's all. I still watch the videos. I still appreciate that he's giving discs away. It's the same thing with companies and Facebook. "Join and Like..." Well, it leaves those of us who don't want to feed the Facebook machine our personal data out of their promotions and whatnot. That's fine, but I can have the opinion that it's lame, can't I?
