Open for big hyzers
Adventurous types?
Good baskets

Cons:
Missing baskets on holes two and nine(stolen)
Missing signs(and you definetely need them to know where your going)
Not well maintained
Recently added concrete teepads are way too small
Flooding
Need a trail expert just to navigate thru some of the creeks especially trying to get from hole seven to hole eight

Potential is there if all the land at hand was used properly possiby a 18 hole course
