Ace hole at Simpson 2+ years drive by

Pros:

The course in on a closed College campus.
It wasnt busy at all, I didn't come across anybody.

Cons:

The tees are hard to find.
Baskets are hard to find.
Holes are not marked by number.
Desperately needs the lawn mowed
