[Question] Most Underrated Disc Ever!

My vote goes to the Teerex.

I still keep one in the bag, but I don't use it too much, and that's not because it isn't a good disc...it is. It's a speed-stable disc, so if you have the kind of range/driving prowess as me, it makes a great headwind driver. Also useful for flex shots and hyzers. It's ALMOST too much disc for me, but I can still rip it pretty good.

It just sits in a weird spot where it's not enough disc for really skilled players, and it's too much disc for most casual-type players (i.e. most of the disc golf community). It's right in the wheelhouse for guys of my skill level and a little better.

You should see the looks i get when i pull out either my DX or star skeeter. People think i am nuts. Then i park a 120' approach shot and they are like "What?" The dx was my first mid and i practiced like heck with that disc. For a long time it was my furthest throwing disc. Taught me good form. I also throw a star Cro. Great disc, no one has ever heard of it around here.

For me it would have to be the Jls it's such a versatile mold to me great for turnovers, dead straight, or hyzer flip for a little more fade great workable fairway driver.

And second would be the San Marino champ stingray these are a whole different beast from dx stingrays and actually have a good bit of hss I also find these incredibly versatile and they flat out bomb for a mid it can easily get them 30 feet past my Rocs with less effort. I know a lot of people love comets but I think sm champ rays excel at everything a comet can do while being less finicky.

This, aftershocks are way better than those silly old rocs and buzzzs.

you know, this is a mold i've been wanting to try for a while, but haven't been able to bring myself to do it. in the small amount of talk it generated, half of it was how they didn't fly straight with fade like they were supposed to.

still keeping it in mind.

QOLS was amazing for me. still not sure i should have taken it out of the bag, but the p-pd is rockin' it right now.

Innova Monarch. Favorite roller disc and like it more than the Avenger SS that I used to use for long anhyzers. Another is the Ringer. Think it is the best driving, and even love putting with it also. Kicked all the wizards out of my bag which I have had since I started!

Blasphemy.

No offence, but parking a 120' approach is doable (and quite easy) with any disc. It's the way it flies that impress them I guess?

So, skill equals power? Just saying.

I think the Coyote, and it's cousins the Mako, MD-2, and Lycan are underrated. Love the smooth rim style, gives a very clean release, great glide and some of the best line shaping mids available. I have a flat glow champ Coyote that flies great and I've heard flat MD-2s are as well, would be cool to see them in runs more available, maybe in jolly launcher like the Mako 3.

They fly straight with a healthy fade. Just like they're supposed to.

Orc. It's my go-to driver. The thing is just money for me, all the time. BH, FH...whatever I need. I carry two in Star.

Max weight, stiff, DX SHARKS
Literally the straightest disc ive ever thrown. I can pop it out on a small hyzer or even straight and it just goes dead straight.
It doesnt really turn at all (not yet) and it doesnt fade, it just slowly drops from its line.

R-pro pig! Best utility/driving putter there is!
