Disc Golf Cart Pictures and ideas

Finally got around to finishing my cart project.

That Cart needs to get the idea submitted to a disc golf Manufacturer, though a reputable one.

TO THE ABOVE: I say even more now, a reputable disc golf company needs to look at this Cart for a cart to make and give you a portion of the money from the cart sales. It looks like something one would buy from a actual disc golf company, that well built. Only thing I would do is add some tape to the top and glue the end down or add a mountain bike or BMX grip to the handle for both winter and summer use. One Question Can you sit on the Cart?

The grip tape or handlebar grip is one of the little details I do want to address. The folding seat is fully functional. Handle comes off and wheels have quick release so you can fit it in the car.

A friend just sent this to me and asked my thoughts about converting this to a disc golf cart. I think this has great bones to build a cart.

I have seen these before, one was in another catalog and it was about $10-$15 more then the one here. Also had two straps to keep the Welding canisters on that could be use to keep the disc golf bag in place.

Im waiting for someone to convert one of these bad boys into a disc golf cart?? lol:D

At 30 lbs, seems a bit heavy to drag around all day?

Yes and no, depends on the courses you play, for me sorto of and mostly no. I have a odd Fishing backpack for discs with a metal seat and frame that I could make into a backpack cart with smaller wheels, that I can put on when a smaller wheeled cart would not work. It would take a good bit of work I am not wanting to do right now but it could be done.

You might want to see that welding cart in person before buying especially before spending $60. I think those are a lot bigger than folks realize. Good luck getting one of those into a regular sized car trunk. That thingy might require a fairly large vehicle to haul around unless there's a way to quick-detach the handle and wheels maybe.

The dementions on the cart size would at least help a little.

I've been working on my "Frankencart" for a while now. Picked up a really nice BagBoy three wheeled golf cart at Goodwill for $8.

I had a super Lat64 Pro Bag just waiting for a cool project. As it turns out, the bag fits perfectly into a cut-out milk crate (I splurged for a good one from Duluth Trading once I had proven it out).

The cooler at the bottom was another Goodwill find ($1 at most), and the stool holders are a couple of PVC J-brackets.

It works really good. The extra wheel out front shift the weight perfectly over uneven terrain. Having the discs up high is super convenient. It's a little bulky to put in and out of the car, even folded up, but it's pretty neat.

I think this would be even better with a slightly smaller cart. They make a Junior sized one. That with a smaller bag (I have a Mojo that doesn't get much use) would make a really neat setup.....

Wanted: Doll for Disc Golf Cart

Large doll for disc golf cart needed. I have a Bob jogging stroller and want to put a doll up front with a tap in it's belly for a mini keg in back. It needs to be big enough like a 12-15lb baby.
Seems like a fun project. The line from keg will be ice cooled.
Will post photo when done.
