what percentage of energy would you say you use in your legs on a distance drive? I'm finding more energy in the legs is helping, but it feels more difficult to stay balanced. Also,
I feel like a reach back just past my body is optimal for me; is the true key to adding distance here more about longer reach back or timing it right? Max d is ~400 now
