Looks like Par 64 this year, Par 67 last year with pars on holes 9, 12 and 18 reduced by 1 this year.

Can't see why he used it there but it does seem like it could be a good putting throw. Very little chance of spit outs.

Can he par 18 and close out an Even round? That would be a pretty good score I think.
