I think I will find the best of both worlds to break in my disc (time vs practice). I will tape the frame of a basket to a brick wall and put into that. Still practice my putting, and break it in quicker than will simple chains.

I think this is dependent on the type of disc. Because all the putters have a slightly different feel with the different plastics, through all the putters I have explored I never found anything with the feel and flight like my years old 12x Aviar. Even buying new ones, they are too overstable...

I'm trying to beat in a 12X KC Pro Aviar to match the ones that I have that are a few years old. They have hundreds of rounds played on them and make a great putter that's not as slick. DX beats in super easy, but how about the 12X KC. I was thinking a fine sandpaper on the edges? The dryer?

I have to agree with you about Overlook. Considering I reviewed it and gave it two stars, there is a great way to play it to make it interesting. If you played it recently they mowed in fairways which is a cool idea but not much of an obstacle. If you play them as OB, it creates a course...

That is my exact situation. No idea why I started throwing a Frisbee left handed. That could be a thread on its on. Why do people throw a Frisbee with a non-dominant hand?

Thanks, Spending time in PA has spoiled me with courses like Deer Lakes. Looks like there are a lot with 3hrs but just looking at ratings, the area seems to be lacking some of those high caliber courses. PM me if you get down to the area. I'll gladly meet up to play.

I will be moving to Pensacola from Pennsylvania this summer. I know there are some nice courses in the immediate area such as the Blue Angels course, but are there any suggestions for courses around the area that would make good day trips or weekend trips to?

I am a LHBH player but also throw a RHFH. Problem is, both fade to the right. I am trying to learn RHBH to give me more options. Besides just straight up practice, I would love to hear any other suggestions.

Being a converted Ultimate player, I do what comes natural and go for it with my putter thrown just like an Ultimate Frisbee. With a comfortable green around the basket, I use my KC-pro Aviar (big risk for runaways), but with an unforgiving green I use my R-pro Dart to make sure it stays close...
