Drove 5 1/2 hours to Charlotte the other year a month before Worlds to play all the courses. A return trip is def. happening.

Buddy of mine will be at the show tonight at the Norva. Doesn't seem like it is one of your days off but sure he'd be down to play. Couple courses close-ish to Nawfok

Virginia is nice because you're central to a lot of courses within a few hours drive. Plenty of places to do outdoor stuff other than disc golf, history and for the most part beautiful weather and scenery. Having stayed in Charlotte for a week last year I would put that on the top of my list...

Looks like I am gonna have to miss this again this year. Just getting back from a 2 week vacation on Monday and need to catch up on some things. :thmbdown:

Figures. Saw him as I crossed over to the back nine. Locals I was playing with had said he had already left for Cali so didn't think any more of it. Glad you got to meet him though!

Which course were you at? I was in Clearwater earlier at Cliff Stephens myself and thought I may have saw him preparing for his round at his car, but wasn't sure haha.

I'm in Florida now. Gonna be at Cliff Stephens within the next 2 hours hopefully. Waiting on a few things. Hoping to get CS and the other in today. If anyone sees this and wants to meet and play let me know!

Gonna be in Florida on Sept 18th-22nd. Looking to get in a few rounds down there while I am there. Just seeing if any locals wanted to meet up and play and give any local advice at the courses. I am hoping to get in a round on Thursday, Friday and Saturday but I need to check and see what days...

A son of a b, I don't know why I thought it would listed on the site I mentioned, that's usually just for ODDS events haha. I should have checked the PDGA site as well. Thanks for the heads up and I will let them know. We might travel south and hit up some NC courses.

Me and a few friends are headed up to Seneca this Saturday (3 AUG) and just seeing if any locals wanted to tag along. I checked VA DG and don't see anything scheduled tournament wise so hopefully we should be good. I have never played there but the other two have. I look forward to the whooping...
