I have 6 of them. It's a nice neutral putter for aviar lovers. I threw mine all winter and when it's hot I'll putt a McPro or KC Aviar. I'd definitely like to see it in a stiffer plastic.
I have the same issue, love my Tern's for max distance but they're a little flippy. I've been throwing a 160g blizzard destroyer and it could be what you're looking for.
3 things to Google & try:
1. Voodoo floss - consists of wrapping arm in rubber and doing PT on yourself. Cheap & effective.
2. DMSO - Google it, come to your own conclusions. It'll cost you $4 at the farm store and it's been near miraculous for me.
3. High rep low weight hammer curls -...
Oh...you think the NSCA is credible. That explains the vast gulf in our opinions what will never be bridged on this subject. I owned and recently sold the 100th box out of the 13,000 or so worldwide but rather than turn this into a "I know more than you do circle-jerk" back to the matter at...
I've done CF since 2004 injury free. I'm just popping some popcorn and enjoying people who don't know very much about what they're talking about give their opinions. Isn't that what the interwebz is for?
CF grew initially because of the emphasis on creating a sense of community at a local...
I just started playing again after a several year break. With all this new plastic and some disposable income I'm like a kid in a candy store. My wife asked me today why Innova keeps showing up on our statement. Currently crushing on Roc3's, bought 5 in December.

Dry Creek
Tremendous variety. Open shots, wooded shots, rights, lefts, short & long, this course was a joy to play. The design is well thought out and the lack of crowding made it even more fun. Had no issues navigating.
No bathroom and if hills are your thing there aren't any to be had here.

Eager Beaver visit
Short tees were great for my 10 year old. This course has great drainage which after a week of rain was a huge plus. I threw a Roc3 or putter on almost every hole but still had a great time.
Tee pads are short, signage is damaged but the layout is obvious enough that it...
Most types of resistance training will have some benefit for your disc golf game. The benefit of kettlebells is that you're moving dynamically in a wave from core to extremity much like a DG throw and relatively speaking they're hard to hurt yourself with compared to doing something like...

Better than 3 stars
I started at Bayville nearly 15 years ago and after moving out of the area played it 5 times this week while visiting the area. The new layout is great and allows you to play 4 different courses.
Tees: Concrete, all in great shape
Signage: Excellent, easy to understand...
I'm a lifelong aviar/omega putter but noticed when I was warming up that the Roc3 was most most accurate disc. I've used it this week and played some of the best DG of my life. Maybe it's the slight over stability or maybe I get a clean release but I'm curios if anyone here would recommend a...
