    [Other] Mint Discs

Ended up a speed slower, based on what? The arbitrary number you assigned to it? It's rim size is that of a 10 speed driver, larger than a PD. It looks like a nice disc, and if I get the chance to pick one up at a tournament, I will, but it feels like it was just randomly assigned a speed rating.

    [Innova] Echostar Proto Xcal

Was the Xcal the only Proto made made available in Echostar? Also, were that marked with just *XC? A friend picked up an Xcal proto, and based on the color, I suspect it is Echo, but it is marked *XC.

McBeth re-signs with Adidas, for money!

^^ I also found her comments to be cringe worthy. First, as you mentioned, it is not much of an endorsement. Second, it came off as though she was taking advantage of her sponsor. Throwing away 2 pair of shoes, because it would have been inconvenient to travel with them, seems a bit much...

The Inevitable 2017 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

I applaud Innova for not turning their back on Bradley Williams. He has legitimate psychological issues he is working through. The people acting like kicking a basket or bumping into someone are offenses that should result in being exiled from a sport, need to get over themselves. Morality...

    DGPT: 2017 Pro Tour Championship

There is no "pay table listed below" and the links do not work. I like the changes. If I were a touring pro, I would definitely prioritize these events.

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

iacas you're not going to get through to our friend Steven. He wants to try to convolute an otherwise simple debate, because his position can't stand on it's own. Nature vs Nurture!? Seriously? Who would be at an advantage with 1 disc, a guy who throws 1 way, or a versatile player? That is the...

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

Nobody in this entire thread is on your side, so I can't cite what their opinions might be, but you are just continuing to beat a dead horse. Again, the FH v BH disc selection argument has been discussed as much as "what is par" and "roc v buzzz" on this forum, so I'm not wasting my time with...

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

Uh, yea, and immediately below that I corrected my post because I missed the edit window. Clearly you read that since you have quoted every single comment directed at you in this entire thread. You tried to turn this into a FH v BH stability requirement, which is not what I was looking to argue...

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

I'm not advocating a disc limit BTW. It is much more enjoyable having a large variety of discs to throw. Just stating the obvious, that the more versatile a player you are, the less a disc limit would hinder you.

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

So you're saying that Ricky NEEDS those discs to throw a forehand shot? If he was playing a one disc round with a disc that wasn't a Harp or a Felon, he would not be able to throw forehand? He CHOOSES to lean on a Felon/Harp for FH, but if he had just one disc, and he needed to hit a FH line...

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

Too late to edit, bolded should read. This guy said that limiting how many discs you can carry would be a bigger disadvantage for someone who can throw a variety of shots. Don't see how anybody could argue someone who can throw a variety of shots would have a harder time with 1 disc than a guy...

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

Thank you for providing some common sense. McBeth throws the the same Destroyers for FH and BH drives. If he needs to hit an overstable BH line, he throws the Monster. If he needs to hit an overstable FH line, he throws the Monster. If he was forced to use one disc, he could throw a T3 every...

Would you like to see the PDGA limit number of disc carried in tournaments?

According to what who's logic? Ricky throws anything in his bag both backhand and forehand. He could crush a 3 disc round. This guy said that limiting how many discs you can carry would be a bigger disadvantage for someone who can only throw one shot. I said that a guy who can throw a variety...
