This is an awesome suggestion . You could get some really nice woods (cocobolo or brazilian mahogany) that could potentially add a lot of character to the ceiling even without discs.
It would also allow you to put the discs wherever you wanted. I'm thinking along the lines of not being...

A Step in the Right Direction
-Teepads. The pads are level concrete. They get wider at the release edge, face the right direction and are nicely grippy.
-Baskets. New Innova Discatchers are in good condition and can be easily spotted if not right from the teepad then from a short walk down the...
What bag was McBeth using?
I see that he's no longer on the Grip website as one of their pros, and noticed that he was carrying the new Innova HeroPack for the last couple of tournaments. He was also carrying a HeroPack when we were down at the NCDGC in Augusta. For the GBO though he's got this...
Airplane wings and helicopter blades wouldn't have any kind of need for something like this. They're both designed to push air down and enough of it consistently to maintain a smooth, controllable flight. Pushing air down, and the angle at which its pushed creates lift that is overseen by a...
I know Phantom Falls was already mentioned but that guy also owns Bucksnort and Magic Meadows.
There's also Blair Witch and Jellystone. One can rent a goat caddy at Jellystone for a fair price :hfive:
Here's a few recent one I've done while laid up with a hip injury. Hulk one is for a buddy, orange one is a Gold Fury and Colorado one is a Moonshine Havoc. Both the Fury and the Havoc are in the bag.
The Havoc was my first glow dye and I got so excited near the end that I didn't smooth my...
I second the motion. Reaper was my favorite disc. I lost my last one at a course about an hour and a half from my house. Upon getting home, I got a phone call saying that they had found my disc. Thinking I could just buy/order another I told them thanks for the call and that they could keep it...
Thanks and happy to help!!
Yeah, to avoid remasking I painted the pink on with acetone. The iDye pink is also the base of Clyde (the orange ghost) which I topped with iDye Yellow.
Heck yeah iDye poly is awesome! In addition to a great pink I also mix it with red and orange to give those kind of a "candy" appearance. I've painted it on with acetone, dipped it and done shaving cream. All have come out like I'd hoped. Check the dye a day thread, the pacman ghosts disc I just...
This thread caught my eye so I figured I throw my two cents in ;)
I manage a PIAS in Longmont, CO. I owe my passion for disc golf to the store because when we first opened almost 8 years ago Winmark (the franchise owner) provided us with a "what to carry" guide and DG happened to be on it. I...
