Easiest way to get the best AND most accurate answer is to ASK the TD of the event you are talking about what is included in the entry fee....anything else is just guesswork from any other poster.

Exactly.....my only point in my first post - not to try to turn a 3-3.5 course from 2 reviews into a 4 by self hyping your own design with a 5.

Hell I even gave my Design less than 5 and it has legit 5's from players around the US and trusted reviewers....:D
