Got my Ace early yesterday morning at Picnic Island. I was playing the Orange pad to Blue basket layout and threw my Virus on Hole #1 (202 feet).

I thought this was pretty good visualization of having the hip to shoulder separation and shows how far forward the hips are turned. Hopefully this short will play. If not copy and paste from here .

This was a good update for me.

I found that I get early release when I try to out race the pendulum, even by a tiny amount, and screw up the swing sequence.

I only play for fun. I found out I was colorblind after searching for discs that I thought could be easily found (such as bright yellow) disappear into the background. If I can't buy a disc I would like in a color I can see (blue), I buy what they have and then when I get the disc I spray paint...

I really liked this discussion. Not all of it is directly related to the disc throw but a lot is. Getting tension in the glute, coiling, forces from the ground up, etc. These three guys are upper 90's pitchers and do a great job of discussing how they get the feel and what works for them.
