    Big Money Skins

Not sure what's going on, but bigmoneyskins.com will still let you go on there and purchase spectator tickets. Very odd situation.

    2022 DGPT Championship Oct 12-16

I just want to take a moment to say that the action was great and very exciting, but Nate Doss is the most annoying commentator in the business. Absolutely insufferable.

2021 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships June 22-26

I love James Conrad and am super psyched that he won, but I still feel really bad for Paul. He lost fair and square, but we know that 999 times out of 1000, he would be 6x right now. Still congrats James! Best tournament I have ever watched.

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part V)

Just a question for the experts. What would be the best replacement for the wasp in the MVP Axiom Streamline lineup? I would have thought the Vector but it's OOP.

The Inevitable 2021 Pros Switching Sponsors Thread

Although he is an undeniably skilled player, I find Chris Dickerson really uninspiring to watch. Good solid fundamentals, but I never see him go up a gear and play aggressive. That makes it hard for me to really feel strongly about him either way. I always want Paul on a lead card even if he...

    Wet Shoes

I'm just going to pipe in because I have something to offer when it comes to treating leather boots. I am kind of footwear afficianado. If you want to know what people with expensive shoes treat their leather with, try Obenauf's Heavy Duty LP. This stuff is a beeswax base with other oils and...

[Question] Overstable putter that beats-in to neutral?

If you don't mind Prodigy, the Pa1 has a fairly overstable flight, but becomes a very nice glidey straight putter over time.

DGPT: 2020 MVP Open at Maple Hill Sept 11-13

I agree. Paul is a veteran, and I've seen him correctly argue the rules a bunch of times live. I've even seen him correctly give the benefit of the doubt to a player in a tight race situation, where it was not to his advantage. I have never seen anything to indicate he isn't a really good...

    Lets talk tournament trends

I mean, we just had a couple of very technical pro tour events. I think some courses do it better than others. Milo MvGyver (sp?) is a good example of a course that allows the bombers to showcase their skills, but also offers some technicality where a very specific shot shape is the only path...

Maybe GYRO is Just a Gimmick...

And to expand... I don't claim to be THE AUTHORITY on anything, but I'd say that the majority of people would be able to interpret that accurately. I mean that with all other factors remaining constant, a higher percentage of an object's mass is moved away from its rotational axis. Maybe that...

Maybe GYRO is Just a Gimmick...

Well I don't know how it works everywhere, but in Washington you do, and I do.

Maybe GYRO is Just a Gimmick...

Well, I am a highschool physics teacher. When I say "more gyroscopic" I'd call that clear enough. To be more specific I could say that it "conserves its angular momentum" better than another object. The math behind this stuff isn't that complex.

Maybe GYRO is Just a Gimmick...

I agree with your main point, but that isn't quite what's going on with MVP. If we could say "this Gyro disc flies 5% farther," I agree that would be huge. But we can't. If we could say "it flies 5% straighter," then that would be huge. But we can't. MVP just moved around 5% of the mass of the...
