This is a great video for teaching the forehand. My 9 year old son showed it too me and quotes it often when we are out in the yard. I still can not flick a frisbee, but it helped me develop a nice smooth one with discs from a mercy to destroyer for that matter... My son who has no bad habits...

star banshee Found this Xout star Banshee. I can find any info on runs of banshee in star plastic, I'll be checking the Eagles and Tee-Birds I have to see if it's mislabled. At any rate it's nice and grippy with mild dome, should be a nice forhand disc.

I found some really low weight McBeth star destroyers that weight as low as 136. Anyone else found some in this weight range and how have they flown?
