I really like the look of the Kaxe Z.
Given its confirmed tweener status, it seems to me that it'd be competing with the Truth/Emac Truth spot in my bag.
Is that a fair comparison? If so, can someone who's got experience with both molds give me the low-down on performance differences...
I bought a big stack of high 160g Opto Catapults since its one of the few discs I can put out to 400' reliably, but is still stable enough to keep a good line in a breeze. I may have missed the Finnish stamp import, but I actually dont remember seeing Finnish stamps for these in the US. :/
I opt for Finnish stamps whenever I have a choice.
Most retailers will note in the description somewhere on listings for the Finnish stamp versions.

given how great their winter plastic is for anything but winter I dont have much faith that their floating plastic will float. I assume it will dissolve into miso soup when it hits the water.

the Pure is not broken.. why overmold it?
unless there is a specific purpose or flight pattern they are trying to get where they think gyro will work better, i dont see the reason to adopt a more expensive production process.
hmmm... thumbtracks, big beads and now overmolds.. I think we have entered Lats 'spaghetti at the wall' era. Maybe they decided their discs were way too comfortable.
As long as trilogy quietly releases all of their single mold stuff in fluid I dont particularly care what they do with new molds.
Maybe the covict would be a good temporary replacement for my OS Stags until they come to their senses and put them out in Elasto..?

i realized i couldnt be of any use in this thread when OP said he has resistors, bagged resistors, wants a resistor, but needs it to be 1mm wider.
if the longbowman is really 1.8, take it and run imo.
edit : assuming you dont just put the resistors back in your bag.
Stags are far from understable, but they do have some high speed turn. which i don't think is indicated in the flight numbers.
The Escape has more high speed turn and less fade than a Stag ime.
If you're talking 250' and under, Id use a Pure for sure.
If you're talking 320' but you accidentally go 350 with the Truth because it srsly has no breaks on it, then a Compass is a good bet.
